A dynamic mix of boxing drills and calorie-torching cardio for a full-body burn. Box N Burn blends the skill of boxing with the intensity of HIIT. You’ll move between punch combinations and functional conditioning blocks that keep your heart rate high and your body working.
Boxing Lab
Level up your boxing game in our Intermediate-advanced program. Technique based with a focus on sparing.Boxing Lab is your technical development class. This session breaks boxing down — refining mechanics, sharpening combinations and building fight IQ.
HIIT Club
HIIT Club is a fast-paced, coach-led session built around short bursts of intense work followed by strategic recovery. Expect a mix of cardio, functional strength and conditioning using kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements.
Group Sparring
Group Sparring is a structured boxing session focused on skill development and live rounds in a safe, coached environment. You’ll work on timing, defence, footwork and ring awareness while building confidence under pressure.Suitable for advanced boxers only (adults only)

A structured boxing program designed to build skill, strength, and self-confidence. Sessions focus on technique, combinations, and conditioning in a supportive but challenging environment.
Includes access to our Friday Sparring Club to develop timing, control, and fight IQ through supervised sparring.

A fun, structured introduction to boxing focused on building confidence, coordination, and strong fundamentals. Sessions cover basic technique through engaging drills and games in a supportive environment.

HER LIFT CLUB
HER Lift Club is a female-only strength session focused on building muscle, improving technique and lifting with intent. Structured programming and progressive overload mean you’re not just working hard — you’re getting stronger.
HER BOXING CLUB
COMING SOON: A female-only boxing class centred around learning, refining, and progressing your technique. Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, this session moves beyond the basics—focusing on clean execution, timing, and control in a relaxed, supportive environment. Perfect for those wanting to build real skill and confidence in their boxing.
GIRLS JUNIOR BOXING
Our Girls-Only Junior Boxing program for ages 13–17 is designed to help young girls feel strong, confident, and capable. In a safe and supportive space, they’ll learn boxing fundamentals, build fitness, and develop skills alongside like-minded girls—creating friendships and self-belief that lasts well beyond the gym.Program Duration: 10 weeks
